Christina Seward, 25, of Hinesburg, Vermont, is the lucky winner of the 2015 Vermont Lifetime Hunting and Fishing License Lottery. With her lifetime license, Seward will be entitled to hunt and fish for free for life. She was drawn as the winner from among 7,485 lottery tickets purchased in 2015.
