Description/Review |
The Agency reviews projects to ensure compliance with applicable air quality regulations, as well as nuisance regulations regarding dust and emissions. Depending on project activities, the Agency may request permit conditions regarding operational measures to reduce dust emissions, or a project may require a permit from the Air Quality and Climate Division. |
