Act 250 Criteria 9D, 9E: Earth Extraction and Resources

Description/Review	Earth extraction projects for sand, gravel, and quarry stone are unique in that they can take place over many years, and involve review by a number of Agency Programs. To assist in development and review of these types of projects, the Agency developed guidelines specific to sand and gravel pits, and quarries.
