The Department of Forests, Parks and Recreation filed the Final Proposed Revised Rule for Acceptable Management Practices for Maintaining Water Quality on Logging Jobs in Vermont (AMPs) with the Legislative Committee on Administrative Rules (LCAR) and the Secretary of State's Office on August 23, 2016.
